This small property with wonderful views is located 5 km from Skiathos town centre and 300 metres from the beautiful beach of Kolios Bay. Comprised of 8 studios for 2 people and 3 apartments for 4 people, each accommodation offers the listed facilities, as well as excellent sea views. Near the villa, you will find various taverns, restaurants, beach bars, tennis courts, local bus services and supermarkets. You can also use the swimming pool of the nearby Agalos House. The Kolios area is located at the middle of the south-side of Skiathos Island. 100 metres from our building, there is the number 13 bus station for exploring our beaches, most of which are in the South.
